Silmarillon is the great story about the warriors in the old history of middle earth. The great wars, the dark past and everything that is to know. It is great to read it after the other books, if you liked them, of course. Tolkien did write it before "Lord Of The Rings", but after "The Hobbit". The book is nice and good, but a little boring sometimes. This book I would say is for the ones that are very interested in the history, and the heroes of middle earth. It is long and is much of the time only explaining the relation between the characters. But it also has some great stories. The seals you see down below is made by Tolkien, and each of them symbols the different persons.
